Crop Forecast
We are just about to start harvesting the 2011 coffee crop. The expected crop is +/-40 tons of green bean at this stageCoffee will be available for sale from early September. Our focus this year for export green bean will be on production of microlots; different varietals made using different production techniques to best express our terrior, using high quality cherry.
